The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, supporting business needs and ensuring the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
About the role:
The HR Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring the smooth running of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. The HR Manager also plays a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
