- Assist in supervising and supporting the food and beverage & operation team to deliver excellent service.
- Help manage inventory, including ordering and stock control for food and beverages.
- Assist in scheduling and training staff to ensure consistency and quality in service.
- Monitor food and drink presentation, ensuring it meets standards.
- Address guest inquiries and handle service issues in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to implement promotions.

As the venue Operations Manager, you will work alongside the General Manager to manage day-to-day operations of F&B & the entire venue. Your role will include supporting staff training, maintaining inventory, and assisting in creating a welcoming environment. This position is ideal for someone with a background in hospitality management and a passion for food and beverage service + fun and motivated leader.
