*near KTM & LRT SUBANG JAYA station*
POSITION: CONVEYANCING LAWYER
WORKING EXPERIENCE: 1 YEAR & ABOVE
- To deal with all conveyancing matters - SUB SALE SPA, perfection of transfer, loan documentation, discharge, probate, etc.
- Prepare status report/update for all ongoing files weekly.
- Able to complete the task given within the stipulated time.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Male / Female
- Punctual, committed, hardworking, organized & focused type of person.
- LLB (Hons)
Salary: RM2,800 - RM3,000
