As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Genashtim, you will drive inclusive hiring by sourcing and attracting top talent, with a focus on marginalized communities. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers, optimize recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Using HR analytics and industry best practices, you’ll help build a diverse and impactful workforce that aligns with our mission.

If you have a keen eye for talent, strong communication skills, and a passion for recruitment, we’d love to hear from you! Experience with recruitment systems and ATS platforms is a plus. Prior HR or talent acquisition experience is preferred but not required.
