About the role

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Dora Mill Online Trading Sdn Bhd. In this full-time role based in Puchong, Selangor, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through our online platforms and delivering exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for the overall planning of the online store, including product planning, pricing strategy, marketing activities, and ensuring smooth online operations.
• Designing and implementing marketing plans for our company's products.
• Propose and develop campaigns to encourage online sales conversions.
• Collecting and providing data analysis for the marketing team.
• Understand the e-commerce platform market, conduct research on competitors’ categories and prices, and adjust operational strategies in time.

What we're looking for

• We are looking for someone who is fluent in Mandarin, as the role requires the candidate to report and communicate using Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
• Unlimited commission, earn your commission by your own capability.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
• Possess minimum SPM or above.
• Teamwork, cooperation, and proactivity.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
• Willing to learn.
• Have good problem-solving and communication skills.
