IT Support (Specialist/ Manager)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the IT infrastructure for our online casino website and systems, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
• Implement and manage payment gateway integrations to ensure seamless and secure transactions.
• Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure minimal downtime and a smooth user experience.
• Develop and enforce robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the platform, payment systems, and network infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to deploy new features and updates efficiently.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in online gaming and cybersecurity to recommend innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in online gaming or e-commerce industry.
• Strong expertise in payment gateway integration and transaction security.
• Proficiency in cybersecurity tools and best practices to protect online platforms.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Knowledge of network administration, including firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
