Join Lim Chambers, an award-winning law firm, as a Virtual Assistant! We’re looking for dedicated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individuals to assist with client intake and customer relations outside regular business hours.

This is a remote, part-time, hourly-paid opportunity, ideal for those with excellent communication skills and a passion for client service.

1. Client Inquiry Handling: Respond professionally to inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email.
2. Client Intake & Follow-Ups: Guide potential clients through the intake process and follow up on pending matters.
3. Appointment Scheduling: Arrange meetings and send reminders.
4. Case Status Updates: Keep clients informed about ongoing cases as directed.
5. Email & Correspondence Management: Manage email inquiries and maintain accurate records.
6. Phone Call Management: Answer and redirect calls efficiently.
7. Data Entry: Maintain case-related records and updates in Trello or internal systems.

We are open to hiring VAs for both shifts.

Monday – Friday: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Handling client inquiries after office hours.)

Saturday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Reduced hours for better candidate availability.)

Sunday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Covers late afternoon/evening inquiries.)

1. Education: Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent.
2. Computer Skills: Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Trello, Google Docs, and email management.
3. Languages: Fluent in Malay, English, and Mandarin (to communicate with a diverse client base).
4. Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer support, client relations, or legal intake preferred.
5. Virtual Collaboration: Ability to work remotely and coordinate effectively with the legal team.
6. Strong Communication Skills: Professional, clear, and prompt responses are a must.
7. Legal Industry Experience (Preferred but Not Required): Bonus if you have worked in a law firm or legal support role.

Hourly pay – competitive rates based on experience.

Remote, part-time role (work from home).

Weekly or bi-weekly payments.

Training provided to ensure smooth onboarding.
