The Chief Operations Officer (COO) is responsible for overseeing the Operations (Claims, Underwriting, Certificate Servicing), Technology and Operations Strategy & Governance to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. This role involves strategic planning, delivery of services, implementation of innovative solutions, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The COO will drive operational excellence and technological advancements to enhance customer and distributor satisfaction as well as organizational productivity.
Requirements:
- Academic Background in Commerce, Technology or Economics or equivalent Financial knowledge/qualifications
- A minimum of 15 years of experience within the (preferably Takaful/Life) Insurance Industry at a senior management position
- Background in Operations is preferred, able to initiate and drive various Technology and business projects simultaneously. Strong view on process and Technology development at a company level.
