Building and maintaining good business partnership with brand market leader/suppliers via right wiring & business strategy alignment to maximize sales support.
Driving the other operating income.
Directs team in developing product assortments & type of services that support the needs or retail stores operation and achieving space optimization & sales efficiency.
Overall pricing strategy of the products.
Developing monthly & seasonal promotion plan to support retail stores & marketing campaign.
Evaluating product performance and managing the optimum rationalization plan to ensure healthy level of items at the store level.
Monitoring category sales performance through in-depth analysis on weekly reporting, monthly report & KPI biweekly review meeting.
Analyzing company sales performance against the total industry and updating competitors market information.
Overseeing new stores expansion planning, new store concept, store revamp, store layout creation & cluster identity for store turnaround project.
Work together with Operation & Marketing to ensure the best store merchandising practice by setting the guidelines & execution of clean store policy.
Ensuring the full compliance of the department SOP.
Fostering teamwork and strong collaboration between retail and other departments.
Job Requirements:
Min 5 year(s) of working experience in retail & FMCG.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
