  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with executives, employees, stakeholders, and external audiences.
  • Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Candidates must possess at least a Degree
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects and executive priorities simultaneously.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build strong relationships and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Analytical Skills: Capability to analyze feedback, talent acquisition trends, and performance data to drive informed decisions.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Creative and strategic mindset for addressing talent challenges and external branding initiatives.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Employer Branding Experience: Prior experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, or HR marketing is an advantage.
  • Confidentiality: High level of discretion in handling sensitive employee and executive information.
  • Experience: Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, in talent management, or human resources roles is preferred.

1. Executive Support:

  • Assist in rolling out and following up on CEO office initiatives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for executive decision-making as needed.
  • Manage confidential information and maintain discretion in all communications.

2. Group Communication Management:

  • Develop and execute an internal communication strategy to foster transparency and alignment across the organization.
  • Manage platforms such as Weekdone, monthly town halls, newsletters, and Viva Engage to ensure effective and engaging internal communication.

3. Talent Management & External Branding:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent management strategy that includes talent attraction, development, and retention.
  • Oversee employer branding initiatives to position the company as an attractive workplace.
  • Leverage social media, industry events, and partnerships to enhance the organization's external reputation.

4. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Strategy:

  • Assess whether the right people are in the right seats and develop a plan to either grow talent internally or replace via recruitment.
  • Work with HR to develop a structured recruitment strategy that includes competency-based hiring, targeted sourcing methods, and competitive compensation benchmarking.
  • Partner with key leaders to ensure recruitment efforts align with business needs and future growth.

5. Performance Improvement:

  • Partner with the Learning & Development Center (LDC) to implement performance improvement programs, including feedback sessions and performance plans.
  • Develop strategies to encourage and motivate employees to improve performance and productivity.

  • Manage logistics to ensure smooth execution and positive experiences for all participants.
