About the Company

Your future employer has completed multiple water & waste water treatment projects in the past and is currently hiring for a General Manager for their Management team based in KL. They are now looking to grow extensively and find the right talent within this year.

About the Job

• Establishing key performance objectives and overseeing staff performance.
• Formulating and executing strategies for business expansion.
• Ensuring departments or units consistently provide high-quality services to clients.
• Collaborating closely with Development Managers and managing the overseas design team.
• Creating innovative solutions to address client requirements.
• Streamlining internal processes to enhance productivity.
• Supervising major projects and analysing performance reports.
• Managing the company’s budget and monitoring its financial status.

Skills and Experience Required

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Water and Waste Water Treatment industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of water and waste water treatment processes.
• Experience in conducting site surveys for water and waste water treatment projects.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and with a proven sales track record.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ambitious, results-oriented, and committed to achieving work goals.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with extensive product and market knowledge in the Water and Waste Water Treatment industry being a plus.
• Computer literate, with familiarity in MS Office applications and related tools.
• Possess a valid driving license, own transportation, and willing to travel.
