• The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely and friendly manner. This role requires knowledge of various drink recipes, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to maintain a clean and organized bar area.

2. The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages to customers, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency. In addition to coffee preparation, baristas are expected to create a welcoming environment, manage customer orders, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

3. As a Food & Beverage Crew Member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the smooth operation of our restaurant, café, bar, or event service. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including serving food and beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining cleanliness, and working collaboratively with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.

4. The Housekeeping Crew Member is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and other facilities in the establishment. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring a pleasant, clean, and safe environment for guests.

Job Requirement

• Proven experience as a Bartender or in a customer service role.
• Knowledge of various drink recipes and preparation methods.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Barista

• Proven experience as Barista to prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages in accordance with customer preferences.
• Provide friendly and prompt service to customers, taking and fulfilling orders.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment with precision and care.
• Maintain a clean and organized barista station and dining area.

Food & Beverage Crew

• Previous experience in a food and beverage setting (restaurant, café, bar, etc.) preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven experience in Housekeeping or a cleaning role is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot cleanliness issues.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple rooms or areas.

Must be wiling to work in Gelugor, Penang.
