JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide outstanding and enthusiastic customer service at all times
• Prepare beverages and necessary ingredients according to company’s standard, handle customer orders and payment
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of shop
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs
• Follow standard operational procedures and guidelines at each station

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum education level Secondary/SPM/O’Level.
• No experience required as on-the-job training will be provided.
• Able to communicate in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Able to work shifts, night shifts, weekends, eve of public holidays and public holidays on 6 days/week, 8 hours/day.
• Cooperative and helpful with other team members.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, hardworking, dedicated, and passionate about the F&B industry.
• Independent and able to multitask.
