Job Title: Marketing Operations Excellence Executive (12 months)

Unilever Food Solutions (UFS) is the €2.5bn+ foodservice division of Unilever, leading the dynamic Food Service market across its categories with ambitious growth objectives, marketing a range of professional food and beverage products and services to operators across 22 Multi Country Organizations (MCOs) in 67 countries.
This role will be important to drive excellent executions for all marketing-related operations, especially around innovation management, which includes artwork development & project tracking, ensuring all roll-out plans and processes are met to achieve On Time and In Full execution to reach consumers.
This role requires independence, organization, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders from different cross functions. Coordination, organization, and administrative skills are critical for the excellent roll-out of product and innovation development plans.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
You will provide support for the Category Marketing Team at UFS for Malaysia and Singapore.
Innovation and renovation project development and management will be key daily deliverables with additional stretch support for ad hoc projects within marketing for holistic exposure and learning.
Key Responsibilities: Innovation & Renovation projects - overall UFS portfolio:
Overall project awareness, management, and tracking:
Work closely with the category marketing team to lead discussions with cross-functional stakeholders for project development and initiation.
Code Creation & Extensions:
Utilize the internal Unilever software called Neco to create and manage projects.
Work with supply chain and R&D teams to manage inputs around material lists, core data (GTIN), and product hierarchies.
Escalate and work independently with support and operations teams to resolve any technical issues within the process of system software.
AW development and creation:
Project debrief and subsequent brief development for the agencies.
Collaborate with key supply chain and R&D POCs for inputs in the PMD.
Coordinate with the Unilever AWE (artwork excellence) team for agency coordination.
Assist in raising io’s and PO’s within the internal Unilever PPM and COUPA systems.
Gather all relevant inputs from cross-functional teams for content in artworks.
Develop and revise AWs with the agencies.
Ensure AW development, BLUE system uploads, and approvals are done in a timely manner.
Sample shipment (To and from):
Work closely with cross-market category and supply chain teams for procurement and delivery of key product samples.
List price maintenance:
Collaborate with category, business ops, and supply chain to implement and record new pricing into the system.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences, skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
1 to 2 years experience in brand/product management/marketing, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
Basic understanding of Marketing fundamentals and processes.
High agility to learn and adapt.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Openness in facing business challenges.
Ability to self-organize.
Enjoy and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Good cross-functional stakeholder communication skills.
