JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Work closely with Southeast Asia Regional Category Marketing team to develop and drive strategy for portfolio management & innovation development.
- Lead impactful regional projects at a large scale while interacting with multiple cross-functional stakeholders in multiple markets.
- Develop, evolve and evaluate internal and external data points to generate actionable insights.
- Guide and enable regular portfolio health check protocols to maximize growth and profitability potential.
- Optimize market portfolios by removing distractions and margin decreative tails.
- Lead regional innovation projects from inception to execution.
- Track market-wise and overall region innovation funnel sufficiency.
- Liase between in-market execution teams and the regional investor board forum.
- Engage in general marketing projects and conversations around the latest skills and trends.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (preferably in marketing & brand management).
- 2 to 3 years experience in marketing and brand management / portfolio & innovation development and management / consumer research and insights.
- Preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Available to commence and to start immediately.
Skills
- Medium level understanding of Marketing fundamentals and processes.
- High agility to learn and adapt.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Ability to self-organize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for discovering customer insights.
- Translating insight into strategy and action.
- Strategic thinking and Leadership.
