JOB PURPOSE

If you are passionate about driving growth, managing key customer relationships, and leading a high performing team to deliver innovative solutions for the foodservice industry, then this role is just for you!

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  1. Lead customer development (CD) workforce in national portfolio of strategic key accounts (Operator Group).
  2. Responsible for maximizing business growth with international/local chain FSR/QSR, CPU, and big caterer account supply.
  3. Manage total FS Direct channel to ensure all objectives (business KPI’s) and target achievement.
  4. Develop overall business development strategies and plans in conjunction with the OX marketing for Chain.
  5. Cascade Channel Business Plan to FS Direct Key Account Manager.
  6. Responsible for building and managing P&L for overall channel and customer contribution.
  7. Negotiate, control, and manage trading terms and assigned budgets.
  8. Develop, control, and manage customized products to comply with Chains Governance Model.
  9. Coach FS Direct Key Account Manager to drive solution/concept selling.
  10. Build and maintain client-based business relationships with key accounts.
  11. Lead coordination and collaboration with internal business support across various functions.
  12. Lead and motivate team members, identifying development needs and ensuring action is taken.
  13. Conduct sales meetings and business reviews to appraise performance.
  14. Accountable for building a talent pipeline and career roadmap for the team.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  1. Minimum education of Bachelor’s Degree.
  2. Minimum 10-12 years’ experience as a Sales Manager or Key Account Manager.
  3. Strong knowledge and experience in the food service industry.
  4. Good stakeholder management of senior executives.
  5. Experience in working in a matrix organization.
  6. Experience in distributor management is an advantage.
