Barista @ Tealive Petronas R&R Gunung Semanggol (Part Time Only)

Job Scope:
• To brew coffee or tea and to serve the drinks to customers.

• Ensure every drink served to customers is made with passion and has the highest quality standards by following the right SOP.
• Able to explain all products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell the products at all times.
• Welcoming customers and greeting every customer with a big smile and enthusiasm.
• Manage cash registers and handle daily financial transactions accurately.
• Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
• Assure the cleanliness and sanitization of all work areas such as countertops.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years old following the birth month and above.
• Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.
• Prior experience in a food and beverage environment with customer-facing responsibilities is an added advantage.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Must be able to work on flexible time, weekends & public holidays.
