Barista / Beverages Helper

Working Hours: Tuesday to Sunday (3.00pm - 12.00am)

Responsibilities:

• Knowing the different types of coffee, tea, and other beverages offered, as well as ingredients and preparation methods.
• Making recommendations and tailoring drinks to individual tastes.
• Ensure the quality of beverages and ingredients, inspecting supplies, and monitoring sanitation practices.
• Providing information about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Prepare ingredients according to recipes, including chopping, mixing, and seasoning.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, following beverage safety procedures.
• Assist with inventory management, checking stock levels and notifying the manager of shortages.
• Keeping the coffee bar, equipment, and surrounding areas tidy.
• Following proper procedures to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
• Keeping track of supplies and ordering new stock as needed.
• Ensuring the preparation and serving of food and beverages meet health standards.
• Discipline and can follow orders thoroughly.
• Work well in a team.
