Responsibilities:

1. Welcoming customers and guiding them to their tables.
2. Accurately recording customer requests and relaying them to the kitchen.
3. Offering menu suggestions and answering questions about dishes.
4. Ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
5. Preparing tables for guests and removing used dishes.
6. Efficiently coordinating with other staff to ensure smooth service.
7. Ensuring tables have necessary items like napkins and utensils.
8. Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
9. Washing and peeling produce, prepping meats and fish, serving dishes, and assisting with basic food preparation tasks.
10. Helping keep the kitchen clean by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment, and maintaining sanitation standards.
11. Ensuring the quality of food & beverages and ingredients, inspecting supplies, and monitoring sanitation practices.
12. Providing information about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
13. Following proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
14. Maintaining a clean and sanitized work area, following food & beverages safety procedures.
15. Assisting with inventory management, checking stock levels and notifying the manager of shortages.
16. Keeping the restaurant areas, equipment, and surrounding areas tidy.
17. Taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
18. Keeping track of supplies and ordering new stock as needed.
19. Ensuring the preparation and serving of food and beverages meet health standards.
20. Discipline and ability to follow orders thoroughly.
21. Ability to work well in a team.
