Work Location:

1 position home based at Pahang.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Sell service agreements and spare parts.
• Resolve technical issues and address customer complaints.
• Perform other tasks or related duties as assigned by the Team Leader.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in field service, preferably in clinical labs, healthcare, or life sciences, with a focus on troubleshooting and repairing medical devices and equipment.
• Basic skills in computer maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of medical devices.
