NOC Engineer

We are currently looking for a monitoring group engineer for a long-term project. The customer is an American company, a leader in the ticket sales industry for events in America and Europe.

We offer 100% remote work on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring daily ETL processes and various IT systems
2. Processing requests and notifications from monitoring systems, solving emerging problems
3. Participation in other IT projects of the company

Requirements:

1. Experience with Databases (preferably MS SQL), experience in developing ETL processes will be a plus
2. Good knowledge of server operating systems Windows, Linux and their services
3. Experience with one of the corporate-level monitoring systems (HP Open View, Zabbix, Zenoss, Nagios, Solarwinds, SCOM, etc.)
4. Basic knowledge of SQL
5. Experience in the IT field is required
6. Proficiency in English (written and spoken) at least at the Intermediate level
7. High self-learning ability and responsibility

Will be a plus:

1. Experience with Prometheus, AWS, backup software, virtualization, SAP
