Maintenance Contract Representative APAC (3 Months FTC)

The Team & Responsibilities:

Infovista is looking to hire a Maintenance Contract Representative (3 Months) to support our Customers in APAC. The role is fully remote, and the successful candidate will:

• Maintain renewal pipeline and ensure contract integrity (correct assets and pricing) in CRM (Salesforce).
• Prepare quotations and provide calculations for maintenance contract renewal and RFP/RFI.
• Update and manage Excel spreadsheets.
• Deal with external and internal queries in a professional, client-oriented manner.
• Perform bookings (Purchase Order processing) and other operational activities/processes to support renewal rep from bookings to cash collection.
• Prioritize quotes/sales support to meet deadlines and pay attention to accuracy of details.

Proactively identify areas of process improvement and efficiency.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Graduate with a University Degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in Renewals, Customer Service, or Sales Support in a fast-paced environment, preferably BPO or a technology company.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Proactive approach with strong attention to organization, time management, and detail-oriented capabilities.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin & Japanese is an advantage.
• Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Handle confidential information with complete integrity.
• Prior experience working independently with a team-player mindset.
• Proven success in administrative tasks, organization of work materials, prioritization, and adherence to tight deadlines.
• Ability to follow established procedures and practices.
• Experience using CRM, particularly SFDC (Salesforce), and experience using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically with Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
