Fullstack Developer

RinggitPlus is looking for a Full Stack Developer to build and manage software for Malaysia’s leading personal finance aggregator.

You’ll be part of a Product and Technology team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to launch.

You should be familiar with modern scripting languages and have a strong desire to deliver great experiences in a rigorous development environment, with a focus on pushing reliable user-centred applications.

Your Day-to-Day

• Work with engineering and product teams to ideate software solutions
• Design client-side and server-side architecture
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Test software to ensure efficiency with an amazing user experience
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
• Create security and data protection settings
• Write technical documentation
• Work with data to improve software

Your Know-How

• 3+ years of professional experience
• Knowledge of a server-side programming language such as Golang, Java, Python, or Ruby
• Familiarity with RDBMS technology such as MySQL, MongoDB and caching mechanisms such as Redis, Memcached and Varnish
• Experience with AWS Cloud Native Infrastructure
• Great attention to detail, good organisational skills and an analytical mind
• Strong command of the English language
• Familiar with continuous integration and automated testing
• Problem-solver, who enjoys driving problems to resolution

This is 100% work from home if you want it to be. We do have an office in Bangsar South you can work from whenever you like. The team gets together for an offsite day once a month.
