A local auction and property sales company is seeking a Property Sales & Auction Admin Executive in Johor Bahru. The role involves managing and updating property listings, handling administrative tasks, and responding to customer inquiries. Candidates should have at least an SPM/Diploma/Degree, with good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin being advantageous. The position offers a rewarding work culture, including performance bonuses and regular salary reviews.
Manage and update property listings for Private Treaty and Online Auction on the company website.
Handle administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, filing, and record maintenance.
Assist in preparing sales and auction documents.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure accuracy of property information and smooth workflow.
Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and website messages with clear and professional guidance.
Support sales team by following up with potential buyers for Private Treaty cases.
Guide customers on online auction procedures, including registration, bidding steps, and payment requirements.
Monitor online auction activities and provide backend support during auction sessions.
Ensure timely updates of auction schedules, property details, and bidding results.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for sales and auction activities.
Job Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (added advantage).
Basic administrative skills including document handling, data entry, and filing.
Able to use computer and online platforms (Microsoft Office, WhatsApp, website backend).
Good time management and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
Willing to learn about property sales, Private Treaty processes, and online auction systems.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Positive working attitude and able to represent BP’s values of Gratitude, Sharing, and Creativity.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour rest)
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM (30-minute rest)

Successful candidates will be assigned to our Johor Bahru Branch: No.64, Jalan Uda Utama 4/1, Bandar Uda Utama, 81200 Johor Bahru, Johor.
