• Under direct supervision, this is an entry-level role responsible for learning and implementing various techniques and methods across drilling, completions and production operations.
• This entry-level role is designed to focus on a wide variety of services and technologies in order to have an overall understanding of project management including planning, operations, and management of oil and gas operations.
• This role will have increasing responsibility while focusing on different areas of operations.
• Specific assignments and activities are given in order to develop an overall understanding of the different product services lines and their related services and technologies.
• The assigned activities are aligned with overall project management strategy.
• The role will also receive training in Project Management Processes, finance and accounting, and leadership, in order to understand how to successfully manage and lead an integrated services project.
• The role is required to complete specific assigned projects and meet developmental objectives in a timely manner in order to complete the program.
• Skills are acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in STEM.
• Experience as an intern with an oilfield service or an oil and gas operator is preferred.
