We are looking IT support cum Admin, based in Kuala Lumpur (Menara EcoWorld):
- Provide basic IT support to staff, including email setup, access issues, and simple troubleshooting
- Maintain and monitor internal systems, tools, and software to ensure smooth daily operations
- Perform routine updates and maintenance for company bots and automation tools (training will be provided if required)
- Assist with IT setup for new joiners and offboarding for departing staff
- Liaise with external IT vendors for issues beyond internal capability
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as filling up forms and simple documentation
- Run ad-hoc errands when required (e.g. document submission, office-related purchases)
- Support general office administration and day-to-day operational needs
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Admin, or related field
- Basic understanding of IT systems, software, and troubleshooting
- Comfortable working with digital tools and simple automation/bot updates
- Organized, responsible, and willing to handle hands‑on admin tasks
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin is a must
