Descripción de la vacante
A leading interior design firm is looking for a Senior Contract Executive in Selangor, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing quotations, managing contract administration, and ensuring effective project execution. Candidates must have a postgraduate diploma and at least 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably in interior design. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software is essential, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. This role offers an opportunity to manage critical aspects of project profitability and client relations.
Formación
- 5+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably in interior design.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project Management tools.
- Ability to work independently under pressure.
Responsabilidades
- Prepare quotation, cost estimates, and tender documents.
- Attend tender interviews and negotiations with clients.
- Manage project contractual matters and monthly progress valuation.
