Motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive residential furniture sales through effective promotion strategies, personalized sales packages, and consistent lead generation. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets, converting leads into confirmed sales, and delivering a premium customer experience in-store and online.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to close sales and ensure high customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Actively source new leads through walk-ins, referrals, online inquiries, showroom visits, and events. Follow up promptly on leads generated through digital campaigns, social media, and third-party platforms. Maintain a well‑organized pipeline and convert leads into confirmed orders.
• Promote current offers, seasonal discounts, and special packages to customers. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand ongoing promotions and how to present them effectively to customers. Tailor furniture packages based on customer needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Provide expert product knowledge and guide customers through the selection process. Create personalized furniture solutions for residential spaces, emphasizing comfort, style, and value.
• Ensure a smooth end‑to‑end sales experience, from inquiry to final purchase and delivery coordination.
• Support team members in achieving collective sales goals. Provide feedback to sales and marketing teams on customer preferences and trends. Participate in showroom events and promotional campaigns.

• Minimum of two years of relevant interior design experience or formal design education.
• At least SPM and above educational qualification for Malaysian applicants.
• Experience handling projects end‑to‑end – sales, design, and execution.
• Ability to communicate thoughts and ideas effectively.
• Basic salary + high commission.
