Job summary
A global customer service provider located in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Advisor I, Customer Service. The role involves providing support to customers via calls and ensuring service quality as per defined standards. Qualifications
- High school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge.
- Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service support via inbound and outbound calls.
- Ensure service delivered meets contractual Key Performance Indicators.
- Track and document information in call tracking database.
