1. Receive and inspect customer vehicles for service or repair jobs and raise repair orders on systems.
2. Technically competent to understand customer needs and requirements and accordingly raise Service Orders.
3. Provide a detailed explanation and technical justification for additional repairs with cost estimation and obtain approval from customers.
4. Make every effort to resolve customer complaints and ensure the customer has a positive ownership experience with Auto Gallery group.
5. Regularly follow up with Foreman or Technicians on the vehicles and update once the vehicle is ready, ensuring the delivery of the vehicle at the promised time.
6. Create invoices on the system and ensure payment is received correctly.
