What you’ll achieve
As a Customer/Technical Training Intern, you will be delivering, designing, authoring or editing advanced level e-learning, web-based, blended and classroom curriculum to a variety of audiences.

You will:

• Ensure effective delivery of training and solutions to support the highest competence given the level of knowledge and skills required.
• Deliver and design innovative methodologies to keep learners engaged in platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Adobe Connect.
• Work on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions.
• Partner with the business and subject matter experts to assess and customize training based on current and future needs.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Basic understanding of AR/VR technology.
• Productivity and excellent communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to apply analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex situations/problems using multiple sources of information.
• Extend capabilities by working closely with senior staff/experts within and outside the internal organization.
• Regularly interact with colleagues generally up to senior level management.
