We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior E-commerce Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all design materials align with the latest trends and best practices in the e-commerce and online platform spaces, particularly Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and our company website.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the creative design process for product listings, banners, posters, advertisements, and other promotional materials across various e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, website).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually engaging content for campaigns.
• Create high-quality graphics, product images, and promotional visuals that enhance the user experience.
• Oversee the graphic design team, providing mentorship, guidance, and feedback to junior designers to ensure high standards and timely delivery.
• Maintain consistency in design style and branding across all digital platforms.
• Review design materials to ensure alignment with business objectives, brand guidelines, and campaign goals.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs remain innovative and competitive.
• Assist in editing and retouching product images for product listings and advertisements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and deliver effective design solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design.
• Proven experience as a creative or graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work, especially in the e-commerce sector.
• Solid knowledge and experience with online platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and websites.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Experience in product listing design, promotional banners, online advertisements, and social media graphics.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a design team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other teams effectively.
• Detail-oriented and able to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Experience in video editing and motion graphics (a plus).
• Knowledge of e-commerce trends and consumer behavior (a plus).
