Job description

Lead and manage the design process for different projects, such as branding, digital, and multimedia.
Work with clients, stakeholders, and team members to understand needs and create creative solutions.
Develop and execute new design ideas that match brand guidelines and business goals.
Mentor and guide junior designers by giving feedback and helping them grow.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to keep visuals consistent.
Present design ideas to clients and stakeholders, making changes based on feedback.
Manage multiple design projects at once, ensuring on-time delivery and high quality.
Keep up with design trends, tools, and techniques, bringing new ideas into your work.
Pay attention to detail, making sure all designs are consistent and excellent.

Language required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
2 years of experience in video editing or a related role.
Proven experience as a Senior Designer or a similar creative role, with a strong portfolio showing your design skills.
Skilled in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva) and other industry tools.
Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual composition.
Experience in leading design projects and managing client relationships.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects at once.
Attention to detail, ensuring high-quality designs.
