3. Analyze website traffic metrics and user engagement data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance website performance.
4. Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
5. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, web development, and analytics.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and sales, to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
8. Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
2. Proven work experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website development, analytics, and campaign management.
3. Proficiency in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
4. Strong understanding of SEO/SEM best practices and experience optimizing websites for search engines.
5. Hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and display advertising.
