Digital Marketing Customer Support (Mandarin / Cantonese)

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers facing challenges or inquiries related to their digital advertising campaigns. You will provide expert assistance and troubleshooting, ensuring that customer needs are addressed in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver high-quality customer support via phone and email, addressing customer inquiries and issues related to their digital marketing campaigns.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to digital advertising.
3. Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
4. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to provide valuable support.
5. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to support the maintenance, improvement, and effective implementation of TDCX’s Quality Management System.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in any field.
2. Prior experience in customer service or digital marketing is preferred. However, Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
3. Proficiency in English, Mandarin or Cantonese.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and clear manner.
6. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
