Here's How You Will Add Value

Marketing Strategies & Execution

  1. Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to promote CTOS Credit Manager and other SME-focused solutions.
  2. Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a focus on digital touchpoints (social media, email marketing, paid media, etc.).
  3. Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, digital ads, eDMs, presentations, and content for social media and websites.
  4. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine strategies.
  5. Collaborate with the Product and Commercial teams to support new product launches and marketing initiatives.

Content & Communications

  1. Develop engaging and informative content tailored to SMEs, including articles, case studies, infographics, and thought leadership pieces.
  2. Work with the Digital Marketing team to formulate and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence and drive engagement.
  3. Manage email marketing campaigns (eDMs) to nurture existing clients and prospects.
  4. Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and branding across all communications.

Stakeholder & Project Management

  1. Work closely with internal teams, including Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, Sales, Product, and Customer Service, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  2. Manage external agencies for creative development, media buying, and campaign execution.
  3. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with associations, business networks, and industry groups to enhance visibility.
  4. Oversee the work of the Marketing Executive and/or Marketing Intern, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
  5. Lead and supervise marketing efforts within the SME segment, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Events & Symposiums

  1. Plan, coordinate, and execute SME-focused events, webinars, and symposiums.
  2. Develop event marketing strategies to drive attendance and engagement.
  3. Manage event logistics, speaker coordination, and post-event follow-ups.
  4. Assist in planning and executing SME webinars and events to enhance industry engagement.

Budgeting, Reporting & Performance Tracking

  1. Monitor and manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
  2. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  3. Prepare presentations and reports for management, showcasing marketing effectiveness and impact.

What you'll need to succeed:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Total 5 to 7 years of Marketing experience in Financial Services or external agencies with a minimum of 3 years’ exposure within the SMEs or B2B segments.
  3. Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, including paid media, SEO, social media, and email marketing, with a good understanding of the latest trends and best practices.
  4. Excellent content development and copywriting skills.
  5. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  7. Analytical mindset with experience in campaign tracking, data analysis, and performance reporting.
  8. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (knowledge of Chinese is an added advantage).
  9. Experience in event planning and execution is a plus.
  10. Hands-on with the ability to multi-task, work proactively, and thrive in a dynamic, small-team environment.
