We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and executing successful digital marketing campaigns, driving brand awareness, generating revenue and looking into customer retention for our SaaS products.

The Digital Marketing Manager will focus on leading, managing and operating new and current campaigns across multiple platforms, with hands-on experience and strategic thinking to bring our vision to our users across multiple touchpoints in their journey.

This role involves managing a full marketing team covering different marketing channels including SEO, Paid, Social, EDMs and community marketing.

The Job:

  1. Digital Strategy Development:
    1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business performance including sales and profitability.
    2. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices and apply where relevant.
  2. Campaign Management:
    1. Manage campaigns across multiple platforms including Facebook Ads, Google, Instagram, EDM, Affiliates, and media buys with top news media to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
    2. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet KPIs and ROI goals.
  3. Community and Content Marketing:
    1. Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging and relevant content across digital channels via internal communities, influencers and affiliates.
    2. Collaborate with content creators to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.
  4. Social Media Management:
    1. Manage and grow social media presence, ensuring brand consistency and engaging content.
    2. Monitor social media trends and incorporate innovative strategies to increase brand visibility.
  5. SEO Growth and Optimization:
    1. Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings via keyword research and required SEO treatment.
    2. Collaborate with the technical experts and web development team to drive SEO improvements.
  6. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    1. Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
    2. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  7. Budget Management:
    1. Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaigns.
    2. Evaluate and negotiate contracts with digital marketing vendors and platforms.
  8. Team management:
    1. Oversee the marketing team by providing guidance, setting KPI and training where needed.
    2. Make sure the team is hitting overall set KPIs.

The Person:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or track record in delivering outstanding results from marketing.
  2. 6-10 years of digital advertising, growth hacking, and paid acquisition experience with hands-on experience of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  3. A creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and effective marketing strategies.
  4. Proven experience as a B2B Digital Marketing Manager or similar role with experience in managing a full Digital Marketing team.
  5. Experience with digital analytics techniques & technologies and using ad tech, as well as marketing tools (i.e Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, GetResponse, Referral Rock etc.)
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
