Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Manager/Senior Manager will lead the Inner Shapewear & Activewear/Sportswear brand’s digital presence, e-commerce strategy and revenue growth. Develop and manage the company website, online marketing campaigns and sales initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention. This position must manage the contribution margins of the products in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets and business growth, including seasonal promotions, thematic campaigns and plan for new product launches.
- Monitor market trends, competitors and customer insights to deliver current and relevant sales campaigns and promotions and identify new opportunities (e.g. new markets, product lines).
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Build customer retention strategies (loyalty programs, personalized offers, etc).
Brand & Content Management:
- Develop & execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations for online campaigns, ensuring consistency of marketing materials and communications across all digital channels.
- Plan and manage events, trade shows and promotional activities.
- Partner with influencers and affiliates to amplify reach and credibility.
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions and amending strategies as needed to optimize results.
Digital Marketing & Website Management
- Optimize the company website (UX/UI, content, SEO) and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc).
- Manage and update company website content to ensure it remains informative, engaging, user-friendly and align with brand messaging.
- Oversee content calendars for social media postings and video marketing.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, email campaigns, social media (FB, Instagram, Tik Tok) and paid ads.
- Utilise data analytics and performance metrics, analyze web traffic, conversion rates to enhance digital marketing strategies and website effectiveness.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing and digital strategy, preferably in apparel, lingerie or beauty.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that have directly driven revenue growth.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads or other social media Ads, SEO/PPC including analytics for tracking purposes.
- Experience managing websites and working with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Shopify or other similar CMS) and email platforms (eg. Mailchimp).
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, preferably conversant in English, Malay and Chinese to be able to create compelling content and product write-ups.
- Agile and able to multitask to meet deadlines.
- Ability to analyse data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Independent, fast, creative problem solver with a data-driven mindset.
Nice to have:
- Experience with influencer marketing and paid social campaigns.
- Experience with international e-commerce expansion.
- Knowledge of shapewear, activewear, sportswear and fashion apparels.

Salary and Benefits:
Monthly Salary: RM10,000 – RM15,000
