Job summary
A leading financing platform in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a frontend developer to design and develop applications using ReactJS and React Native. The role emphasizes creating quick, high-quality mockups for sales pitches rather than building long-term code. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience or be a fresh graduate eager to learn in a collaborative environment. Strong communication and understanding of technologies like HTML5 and CSS3 are necessary.
Qualifications

- Familiarity with CSS pre-processing tools like LESS or SASS.
- Good understanding of frameworks like ReactJS and React Native.

You will be responsible for designing and developing front-view applications and mockups using ReactJS and React Native, based on UI/UX designs. This role involves creating quick, high-quality mockups for sales pitches in a fast-paced environment, rather than focusing on building sustainable codebases. A collaborative mindset and a basic understanding of front-end technologies are essential.
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Create user-facing elements and mockups to support sales pitches.
- Develop new user-facing features with an emphasis on visual appeal and functionality.
- Build reusable code and libraries to streamline future mockups and pitches.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to refine and deliver high-quality mockups.
We are looking for someone who has:
- 1–3 years of experience. Fresh graduates eager to learn in a fast-paced and innovative environment are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3.
- Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
- Good understanding of ReactJS, React Native, AngularJS, etc.
- Experience in creating mockups and designing visually appealing features for dynamic pitches.
- Basic knowledge of image editing tools (e.g., Illustrator or Photoshop) to make small adjustments to designs.
- Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as Git, Mercurial, or SVN.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative sales environment.
