As a Software Engineer, you are responsible for designing, coding, testing, and proposing architectural decisions for our business software.

You will develop new solutions and functionalities in the existing solution, based on business needs and detailed functional design. And that's not all. We can rely on you as a Software Engineer to:

• Investigate and solve medium to complex software bugs;
• Work closely with teams locally and internationally;
• Work with a SCRUM team that is passionate about best practices, innovation, and delivering high-quality innovative solutions to customers;
• Debate, collaborate, exchange ideas, and work (and play) as a team.

You will be joining a SCRUM team in the Technology Department, which consists of a friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic group of people from diverse backgrounds and genders. They are known for software development using best practices and structured frameworks. Asking for help if necessary and offering help if possible is part of their DNA. We have a few predefined paths, which gives you plenty of room to choose your own.

Our developers are always looking for ways to improve the products. They continuously build and innovate. The annual 48-hour hackathon always results in the development of new ideas and clearly demonstrates the importance of team spirit when building software.

With us, you can be yourself, and we would love to discover what sets you apart. For the position of Software Engineer, it’s helpful if you have strong logical thinking skills and preferably good English communication skills. What’s more, you bring:

• A passion for coding;
• A degree in Computer Science or Information Technology;
• Solid experience in Visual Foxpro / dBase;
• Experience in ERP, Distribution, or Financial solutions would be an advantage.
