Responsibilities include:

  • Conceptualizing and creating engaging video content tailored for specific social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
  • Developing creative ideas and storyboards for video content that align with brand objectives and target audience.
  • Planning and executing video shoots, including setting up lighting, audio equipment, and camera angles.
  • Capturing high-quality footage according to the creative vision and technical requirements.
  • Directing talent and ensuring a smooth filming process.
  • Managing various online community platforms and social media on a daily basis.
  • Strategizing, planning, and creating content to post on social media to engage the online community and increase traction on the various platforms.
  • Building and executing social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
  • Generating, editing, publishing, and sharing daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  • Continuously improving by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information.
  • Exploring new functions of the platforms and proposing new engagement posts accordingly.
  • Monitoring campaign results, compiling learnings, and modifying plans to further enhance the campaign result and achieve the campaign's KPI (e.g., contingency plan).
  • Monitoring competitor’s social media activities, results, and providing adequate analysis.
  • Planning, requesting, and utilizing online & offline budgets.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations.
  • Prior experience using Adobe Premiere Pro will be an advantage.
  • Previous work experience managing social media platforms and content creation is preferred.
  • Good communication skills in BM & English is a must-have (proficiency in an additional language is a plus point).
  • Excellent understanding of local communities.
  • Detail-oriented and a creative problem solver.
  • Strong project management and executional abilities.
  • Keen sense of creative aesthetics and design.
  • Strong work ethics and performance-driven.
  • Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
