Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
2. Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
3. Utilize various sourcing methods, including online platforms, networking, and referrals, to build a diverse and qualified candidate pipeline
4. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending offers and onboarding
5. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process
6. Assist in the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
7. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
8. Collaborate with HR partners to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the organization
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
10. Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics to enhance the effectiveness of recruitment strategies

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
2. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role
3. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
