We are a social for-profit organization that operates primarily on this purpose and have now taken on multiple roles across various industries and services.


Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Genashtim, you will drive inclusive hiring by sourcing and attracting top talent, with a focus on marginalized communities. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers, optimize recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Using HR analytics and industry best practices, you’ll help build a diverse and impactful workforce that aligns with our mission.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and refine job descriptions.
  2. Utilize an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage recruitment data and streamline the selection process.
  3. Proactively source, engage, and assess talent, with a strong focus on individuals from diverse and marginalized communities.
  4. Develop talent pipelines for people with disabilities (PWD) and underrepresented groups globally.
  5. Identify effective and innovative recruitment strategies to attract top candidates. Maintain strong communication with candidates and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
  6. Use HR analytics to track recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights. Conduct research on hiring trends and best practices to improve recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is preferred.
  2. Three years of direct recruiting experience managing all phases of the process.
  3. Proactive sourcing tactics and substantial initiative.
  4. Excellent time management abilities and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  5. Experience in managing ATS (preferably JazzHR).

PC Requirements:

For this position to be able to work 100% remotely, mandatory PC specifications must be adhered to for your application to be fully processed. Genashtim may require you to submit this proof of specifications and reserves the right to conduct an audit before onboarding. Below are the required PC and other related specifications:


  1. Wired internet connection.
  2. Processor: Intel Core i5 Gen 11, Ryzen 5, Apple M1.
  3. Memory: 16 GB RAM.
  4. Graphics Card (GPU): NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2050, At least Intel Iris XE Graphics Family.
  5. Operating System: Windows 11 Pro (64-bit) or later, MacOS Sonoma or later.
  6. Storage: 1TB SSD.
  7. Microsoft Office 2013/2016 installed.
  8. Stable internet connection (at least 20mbps for download speed & 5mbps upload, with a ping of not higher than 50ms). Mobile data and power backup is a must.
  9. People with Disabilities (PWD) assisted applications should be duly licensed.

Who Should Apply?
