Responsibilities

1. Conduct presentations to demonstrate to potential clients the benefits of our products.
2. Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
3. Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers’ systems and processes.
4. Discover customers’ needs and offer solutions through the company’s services or products.
5. Remain customer-oriented at all times to retain clients and improve sales revenue.
6. Respond to tender documents, proposals, reports, and supporting literature.
7. Conduct cold calling to create interest in IT products & services, generate new business leads, and arrange meetings.
8. Analyze sales data, forecast future sales, and prepare regular sales reports for management.
9. Provide technical advice on software solutions and how they can be applied to assist in various contexts such as accounting, manufacturing, or other specialist areas.
10. Research sales statistics and establish sales potential with new businesses in our target area.
11. Use promotional methods such as phone calls, emails, and social media to reach potential clients and build a long-lasting business relationship.
12. Become an expert in our product offerings and serve as a go-to source for clients who want more information concerning our products.
13. Assemble product displays in each market and determine new ways to make products appealing by observing the environment and current trends.
