About the role

Are you an experienced foreman with expertise in diesel and petrol engines? We are seeking a skilled Foreman diesel and petrol engine to join our team at Jad Masyhur Enterprise based in Rantau Negeri Sembilan. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our fleet of vehicles.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the work of technicians and mechanics to ensure efficient and high-quality engine repairs and maintenance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot diesel and petrol engine issues, providing technical guidance to the team
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
• Liaise with customers to provide updates and manage their expectations
• Support the continuous improvement of workshop operations and procedures

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a foreman or supervisor in an automotive workshop, with a focus on diesel and petrol engine repair
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on skills in diagnosing and repairing diesel and petrol engines
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
