PRINCIPAL (GELANG PATAH / SETIA ECO GARDEN)

Bachelor's degree in early childhood.

Experience handling a team of teachers and parents. Ability to work under pressure.

Recruit students and organize open days.

Able to train teachers.

Report to Regional Manager.

Minimum 3 years working experience as a team leader or principal.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.

Supervise and mentor assistant teachers, providing guidance and support as needed.

*SENIOR PRESCHOOL TEACHER / TEACHER / ASSISTANT TEACHER (SUTERA / ISKANDAR PUTERI / TAMPOI)

• Plan, develop and implement curriculum and activities that align with the centre’s philosophy and state standards for early childhood education.
• Monitor and assess each child's progress, adjusting curriculum and teaching methods as needed to meet individual needs.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive team environment.
• Supervise and mentor assistant teachers, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of each child's development and progress, using appropriate tools and systems.
• Passionate, caring, and enjoy working with children.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience working in a preschool.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
• Minimum a Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood.

*THERAPIST SPECIAL NEED EDUCATION (SUTERA / ISKANDAR PUTERI / TAMPOI)

Requirements:
• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Psychology, Early Childhood, Special Education) is preferred.
• Excellent interaction, play, and communication skills with children.
• Experience as a behavioural therapist / speech therapist / occupational therapist will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in English with strong written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to work for a minimum of one year.
• Flexible, fun, and creative personality.
• Willingness to travel. Please do not apply if you are not comfortable with moving around.
