Preschool Mandarin Teacher

Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Mandarin Teacher to join our preschool team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate Mandarin lessons to young children, helping them build a strong foundation in the language. This role also involves supporting the overall growth and well-being of each child in a fun, nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and conduct Mandarin, Science or Mathematics lessons tailored for preschool-aged children.
2. Use songs, stories, games, and play-based activities to teach language class in a fun and engaging way.
3. Support children’s language development, including listening, speaking, basic reading, and writing.
4. Prepare learning materials, visual aids, and classroom decorations related to language lessons.
5. Monitor and evaluate student progress and adjust teaching methods to meet varying needs.
6. Communicate with parents regarding children’s development and progress.
7. Ensure classroom safety and maintain a clean, organized learning environment.
8. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support overall preschool curriculum and events.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, Mandarin Language, or a related field.
2. At least 1–2 years of teaching experience with young children.
3. Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written); basic English communication is an advantage.
4. Passionate about teaching and working with young children.
5. Creative, patient, and energetic personality.
6. Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching practices.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting.
2. Familiarity with play-based or Montessori-inspired learning approaches.
3. Ability to create engaging visual and hands-on learning materials.
