We are seeking a talented and passionate English Teacher to join our dynamic team at IRISH EDU HUB SDN BHD in Johor Bahru District, Johor. As an English Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journeys of our students and contributing to the growth and success of our institution. What you'll be doing

1. Developing and delivering engaging, interactive, and effective English language lessons to secondary school students.
2. Designing and implementing lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs and abilities of students.
3. Providing individualised support and guidance to students to help them achieve their academic goals.
4. Assessing and evaluating student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records.
5. Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices, contribute to curriculum development, and foster a collaborative learning environment.
6. Actively participating in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay up-to-date with the latest pedagogical approaches.

What we're looking for

1. A Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
2. A teaching certificate or diploma recognised by the relevant education authorities.
3. Minimum 2 years of experience teaching English at the secondary school level and experienced in teaching IGCSE syllabus.
4. Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
5. Strong pedagogical skills, with the ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans.
6. Proven track record of helping students achieve academic success.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
8. Passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of young people.
