Job Responsibilities

1. Deliver engaging and differentiated English lessons to secondary students that foster critical thinking and creativity.
2. Implement a variety of teaching strategies and assessments to support students' academic and personal growth.
3. Promote active student participation and develop skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
4. Provide timely and constructive feedback, helping students set and achieve learning goals.
5. Integrate digital tools and innovative practices to enhance student engagement.
6. Maintain an inclusive classroom environment catering to diverse student needs.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum plans and contribute to school improvement.
8. Engage with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress.
9. Contribute to extracurricular activities to support students' holistic development.

Job Requirements

1. Relevant degree, PGCE, or equivalent teaching qualification from a recognized university.
2. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification preferred.
3. Experience teaching in the UK or British international schools is highly preferred.
4. Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum and Cambridge IGCSE.
5. Proven teaching experience in secondary education with expertise in subject pedagogy.
