Preschool Teacher - JOHOR

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to nurture and educate young children aged 3-6 years old.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons based on the kindergarten curriculum.
2. Guide children in completing their homework and ensure they understand their assignments.
3. Implement creative and interactive teaching methods (e.g., storytelling, songs, hands-on activities).
4. Encourage curiosity and active participation in learning activities.
5. Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to the person in charge.
6. Identify and support children with different learning needs.
7. Assist children with meals, toilet training, and hygiene practices.
8. Prepare teaching materials and classroom decorations.
9. Maintain records of children's development and attendance.
10. Participate in staff meetings, training, and school events.
11. Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

1. SPM, STPM, Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field).
2. Experience in teaching young children is an advantage.
3. Good communication skills and patience with children.
4. Passionate about early childhood education and child development.
5. Ability to work as a team and follow the school’s policies.
