About the role

We are a welcoming and customer-focused hotel dedicated to providing excellent service and a comfortable stay for all guests. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to lead our team as a Hotel Manager. No prior experience is required—we will provide full training to the right candidate!

What you'll be doing

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services.
• Ensure a positive experience for all guests by maintaining high service standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Supervise and support hotel staff, ensuring teamwork and efficiency.
• Monitor bookings, check-ins, and check-outs to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in managing budgets, inventory, and hotel supplies.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with hotel policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and maintenance teams as needed.
• Implement marketing and promotional activities to attract guests.

What we're looking for

• No prior experience needed—training will be provided!
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business is a plus).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Leadership potential and ability to manage a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for handling reservations and reports.
• Friendly, professional, and problem-solving attitude.
