HR Manager

CNmy is a distinguished foreign-based Project Management Consultancy (PMC) and construction firm. We are expanding our horizon and seek a qualified human resource professional to join us for the exciting journey. Our clients are mainly foreign MNC's.

Responsibilities:

• Experience in recruitment strategy and talent search
• Formulating and cultivating corporate culture
• Forming people management policy that ensures compliance with personnel related matters, enhancing HR policies, plans and benefits
• Support office administration
• Day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Policy establishment and preparation of reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc)
• Establishment of company Rules and Regulations
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
• Communicate with public services when necessary
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
• Minimum 5-8 years relevant experience
• Passion for talent management and organization
• Conversant with MS Office
• Good working attitude and pleasant personality
• Believing honesty and integrity are important values
